We are committed to ensuring that every student can access the curriculum, feel confident in their learning, and achieve their full potential. Our approach to learning support is inclusive, responsive, and centred on strong communication between students, staff, and families.
Students may need additional help at different points in their school journey. We work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to identify needs early and provide effective support. This may include:
Building positive relationships with students, promoting high self-esteem, independence and social inclusion
Promoting high standards of behaviour and approaches to learning
Supporting students with their social, emotional and mental health needs.
Support the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at helping students achieve their full potential in all areas of learning.
Promote, support, and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation in learning and extracurricular activities.
Organise and manage teaching space and resources to help maintain a clear and safe learning environment
Share knowledge and understanding of students with other school staff and education, health and social care professionals, so that informed decision making can take place on intervention and provision
Our support is flexible and tailored to each student’s individual needs.
