Sixth Form Leadership 

The benefits of a Sixth Form within a school:

Sixth Form leadership begins early in Year 12, as students have the opportunity to join teams led by Year 13 students.  They start to make their mark on the school straight away, leading not only within the Sixth Form but also inspiring the students in the younger years.

Members of our core Sixth Form Leadership Team work with the School Council as well as their Sixth Form peers, each leading a team of students from across the year groups, developing projects in line with our school's core values and ensuring that all our students have the opportunity to be part of shaping the direction of the school.

Sixth Form students also hold key roles in leading our four Houses and as members of our School Council, Eco-Committee and Wellbeing Group.  They also run a wide range of societies as well as the Year 7 Mentors programme, helping the younger students settle in when they first join us and encouraging them to make the most of everything that our school offers.

All of these opportunities are possible because ours is a Sixth Form within a school.
