Meet the Head Girl Team
It's hard to believe that after attending Lancaster Girls' Grammar School for six years, I'm still as happy as ever.
It seems like yesterday that I was walking to school for the very first time; my skirt past my knees, a massive rucksack on my back and a huge cheesy grin on my face! School since then has been a mad rush of lessons, homework, school competitions and time spent with friends; it has simply flown. My favourite part of the school has got to have been the Sixth Form. I've made so many new friends from all the
girls who arrived from different school, as well as loving free periods, lunchtime trips into town and the kettle in the common room! Since my appointment as Head Girl last Easter, the pace of school life has sped up, but the variety of events that I help to organise and take part in not only increase my enjoyment of school life, but also enable me to work with new and exciting people every day. Within a blink of an eye, University applications are beckoning, and whilst I'll be sad to leave, I know that what I’ve learnt at LGGS will keep me prepared for life.
