District Cross Country Championships

On Saturday 10th December a number of girls from year 7-11 represented LGGS in the District Cross Country Competition at
Ripley St Thomas School. Other schools taking part were Morecambe, Heysham, Ripley, LRGS, Our Ladies, Carnforth, and Central. 
The length of the course varies for each age group ranging from one
to three miles. The girls did extremely well winning all three age groups, Year 7, year 8/9, and year 10/11.
Overall, all the girls ran very well, but due to some fantastic individual achievements the following have been selected to run for Lancaster and Morecambe District:-
