K Barnett and A Roberts with James Martin from BBC 1 Saturday Kitchen who was the judge of the Regional final of the British Meat Young Chef Competition held in Manchester on Tuesday 1st December.

K Barnett made a superb Oriental-style noodles with meatballs and vegetables served with sesame topped rolls and A Roberts made a very tasty Tomato, beef mince and basil ravioli served with mixed leaves.

Both received a certificate from James Martin and he signed a one of his cookbooks for them.
