NAOMI APPLETON (2000 leaver)
Congratulations to Naomi Appleton who left LGGS in 2000and is now a lecturer in Asian Religions at Cardiff University. Naomi’s first book, ‘Jataka Stories in Theravada Buddhism:
Narrating the Bodhisatta Path’, is being published this month and she has chosen to dedicate it to
Ms P Clay (her RS teacher at LGGS ) 

LOUISE FORD (1995 leaver)

JULIET SUMMERFIELD (2006 leaver)
Congratulations to Juliet Summerfield who has won the Ford WISE Award. She is our third former student to be awarded this award. Juliet was presented with her award by HRH The Princess Royal at the annual WISE awards in November.

EMMA JOLLY (1995 leaver)
Emma is a Family historian and works as a researcher for her own genealogy company, Genealogic. Emma’s book, Family History for Kids has won the Beginners Book of the Year in Your Family Tree magazine.

PROFESSOR NOREEN MURRAY (nee Parker1953 leaver)
In July 2008 Professor Noreen E Murray was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science,
honoris causa.
