We aim to provide pupils with the opportunity to combine practical and technological skills with creative thinking to design and make products & systems that meet the needs and which improve the quality of life.
By learning to use current technologies and considering the impact of future developments, whilst learning to think creatively to improve the quality of life, solving problems as individuals and members of a team. In addition we aim to contribute to pupils becoming successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. They are encouraged to work collaboratively with each other discussing learning techniques and when evaluating and modifying their proposals, inviting feedback, in order to take into account different points of view, sharing possible ideas and solving problems. Pupils are encouraged to learn from their mistakes, reflecting critically when modifying their proposals.
