‘Next month my sister and I are cycling over 200 miles from London to Wales to raise money for the cancer treatment of a dear friend.

‘I passed my CAPES, French competitive exam to be a secondary school teacher, in 1998 and I passed my Agrégation, also competitive exam, to teach in at lycée level (5th and 6th form), in 2003.
Sportswise, I came 5th in the British National Rowing Championships in 1996 in a single scull and 3rd in the French National Rowing Championships in the same year in a quad scull.’

JULIET SUMMERFIELD (2006 leaver)
Congratulations to Juliet Summerfield who has won the Ford WISE Award. She is our third former student to be awarded this award. Juliet was presented with her award by HRH The Princess Royal at the annual WISE awards in November.
EMMA JOLLY (1995 leaver)
Emma is a Family historian and works as a researcher for her own genealogy company, Genealogic. Emma’s book, Family History for Kids has won the Beginners Book of the Year in Your Family Tree magazine.
